Session 1: Diagnosis (Week 1, Day 1-2)
We start by mapping your situation. Not what you think the problem is, but what's actually happening. I'll ask questions that surface the assumptions you're making without realizing it. By the end of this session, you'll have clarity on what the real question is (and it's usually not what you thought).
Session 2: Pattern Recognition (Week 1, Day 4-5)
Now that we know the real question, we look at the structure underneath. Why did your reference points stop working? Where are you still making decisions based on old assumptions? What's the pattern you're missing? This is where the breakthrough happens.
Session 3: Decision Framework (Week 2, Day 1-2)
Once you see the pattern, we build a framework you can use to make the decision. Not a generic model. A specific set of criteria that applies to your situation. By the end of this session, you'll know how to evaluate your options.
Session 4: Commit and Communicate (Week 2, Day 4-5)
You make the decision. We pressure-test it. Then we figure out how you communicate it to your team, your board, your customers. This isn't about selling the decision. It's about making sure everyone understands the why behind it.
Between Sessions: Async Access
You'll have access to me via Slack or email between sessions. This isn't "homework" in the traditional sense. It's space for you to test the framework we're building against your actual decisions. You send me questions, I send you clarity.
